Our General Administration (GAD), a member of our Asia & Oceania Administration Department, supports the Singapore Office with 4 functions (Expenses, Singapore Coordination, Secretarial Support and General Affairs) which include general expense, coordination and liaison between Head Office and other divisions, secretarial support, Japanese welfare, office administration, facility management and communications.

Job Responsibilities
Your key roles & responsibilities include:
Mailroom Management:
  • Handling of outgoing mails for dispatch thru auto and manual folding, messenger request
  • Managing incoming mails thru courier and mailbox
  • Handling of Pin Mailer for dispatch
  • Check, Sort and Approve outgoing mails / courier registered in Flowlites
  • Daily balancing of all outgoing mails
  • Processing of monthly courier invoices
  • Any other office administration, facility management duties which may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.

  • Job Requirements
    What you should have:
    • Minimum GCE "O" Level
    • Minimum 2 years of mailroom experience
    • Computer literate
