Cambridge International Systems has a career opportunity for FADE/MIST Intelligence Integrators to join our team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). Qualified candidates for this job must possess a favorably completed T5 investigation (Top Secret) with SCI eligibility.

The FADE/MIST Intelligence Integrators assist in the development of processes enhancing DEA’s situational understanding of Transnational Criminal Organization networks employing or facilitating the transportation of illicit goods to include narcotics, weapons, IED components, illicit proceeds and enabling DEA, DOD, Intelligence Analysts and I/C efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.. The FADE/MIST Intelligence Integrators will:

  • Embed within the RNIFC and the SOD to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against TCO’s and VEO’s networks.
  • Identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DEA, DOD, interagency and international partners.
  • Provide reach back support, Integrators shall directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other DEA & Interagency units; and work closely with a wide variety of Host Nation Law Enforcement units, and Five Eyes Partners.
  • Assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted TCO networks.


Required Skills
  • TS/SCI (Tier 5)
  • At least three Years than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of trafficking network defeat operations .
  • The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
  • Work rotating shifts, possibly including nights and weekends, as driven by mission requirements.

Desired KSAs:

  • Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more Special Operations Forces (SOF) units or commands.
  • Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
  • Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
  • Deployed in-theater experience assigned to a SOF unit providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF.
  • Understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
  • Understanding of tools such as M3, Lucky, HOT -R, JIDO ANTS, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, DataXplorer, PROTON, Target COP, BHTK


Required Experience
  • 5-7 years’ Intelligence All Source Analytical experience and a minimum of one years’ FADE/MIST experience (will consider varying degrees of experience in combination with education level)
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Additional desired experience:

  • Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more Special Operations Forces (SOF) units or commands.
