The Senior Consultant holds full responsibility for ensuring project management of client engagements, the integrity of strategic and tactical recommendations and the development of detailed business/market strategies. The Sr. Consultant will also be the definitive point of contact for clients and will be required to demonstrate expert knowledge of the markets and develop strong business partnerships. The key measure of success is the repeatable business that the Sr. Consultant can generate with specific clients, through Frost & Sullivan’s research and consulting offerings. This role will have revenue targets


  • To be responsible for developing, managing and delivering strategic consulting engagements across industries.
  • To provide global industry analysis, custom consulting, growth consulting (strategy consulting), market research, market forecasts and insights into emerging technologies and monitor the concerned and connected markets.
  • The Sr. Consultant will hold full responsibility for the leadership of consulting engagements, ensuring the integrity of strategic & tactical recommendations and the development of detailed business/market strategies.
  • He/she will be the definitive point of contact for clients and will be required to demonstrate expert market knowledge and develop strong business partnerships.
  • Furthermore, the Consultant will serve as the primary analyst on some projects, play a supporting research role and manage project teams of internal consultants/analysts.

Project Leadership -

  • Manage project teams and ensure the delivery of major strategic consulting engagements from initial scoping discussions to completion.
  • Confidently present and communicate project outcomes at C-level.

Business Development

  • Proactively develop/nurture client relationships, conducting detailed business needs analysis and demonstrate expert industry knowledge.
  • Write project proposals and ensure that a client's strategic intent translates into a Frost & Sullivan consulting solution.
  • Management of client relations & repeat clients.

Research and Strategic Evaluation

  • Develop market intellectual property and powerful, actionable strategic recommendations based on a profound understanding of the Client's markets/industry.

Client Relationship Management

  • Author strategic market reports/presentations based upon focused industry research, whilst interpreting/analyzing key data and presenting accurate results at a senior level.
  • Fulfil consulting engagements as either a lead analyst or as a project manager as required by the specific engagement.
  • Develop client engagement skills by working closely with senior consulting team members of Frost & Sullivan.
  • Regular Client liaison, attendance to client meetings to expand client base etc.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor and motivate junior Consultants & analysts; promoting innovative ideas and developing/implement consulting best practice/process.
  • Identifying and developing the consulting practice to generate business deliverables and identifying market intelligence needs.
  • A thorough understanding of market intelligence / strategic marketing of the segment and region.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Previous consulting/ lead analyst experience within a UAE Consulting or Advisory business environment
  • A minimum of six years Project Management Experience
  • English language - highest proficiency required, both verbal and written. Any additional language a plus
  • A thorough understanding of market intelligence and strategic marketing
