EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy

  • With at least 3 – 5 years experience as Supervisory role

  • Expert-level Knowledge in MS Office applications will be a strong advantage

  • High attention to details and accuracy

  • Strong management and communication skills


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supervises accounting officers in the day to day operations of one or more accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivables, ledger maintenance, fixed assets,tax audit, revenue and expenses accounting as well as associated analysis and reporting.

  • Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices.

  • Review tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner.

  • Plan and manage cash flow and identify any irregularity.

  • Providing regular updates to department manager regarding company finances

  • Ability to develop detailed financial forecasts and reports by using excellent analytical skills.

  • Ensure that all financial and accounting operations within the department run smoothly.

  • Performing reconciliations of bank accounts.

  • Preparation of financial statements on a timely basis.
