Jobskey Consultancy - DubaiRole and Responsibilities:
- Working on all our legal issues, contracts, in UAE and KSA.
- Working with the management team and ensuring we are legally limiting our liability and compliant in our workings
- Reviewing all past contracts, be they sales contracts, employee contracts and assisting us in case of legal cases.
- Arabic and English fluency and full understanding is a must
- Legal know how and experience in the regions of UAE and KSA is a must with over 3 years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word.
- Understanding and hands-on experience with legal documents, cases, advising on legal matters.
- Needs to be ready when problems arise or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
- Proven work experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Legal Advising in UAE.
- Logical thinking, problem solving and ability to advise management
- Know how with local laws in UAE and KSA
