This HR regulatory and governance role will be responsible for the following duties:



  • HR lead and main point of contact for Legal & Compliance and other stakeholders for implementation of the MAS individual accountability and conduct guidelines

  • Review and enhance HR processes for Fit and Properness for licensing purpose, including handling MAS refresher check matters

  • Oversee Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) implementation and work closely with Talent Acquisition team on FCF queries

  • Represent HR in handling COVID/pandemic related matters. Liaison between various key stakeholders

  • Work closely with HR coverage on redundancy reporting to MOM and MAS

  • Review existing and explore new government payouts and incentives for hires and transfers

  • Provide support on South East Asia Regulatory changes, as well as relevant HR projects

  • Educate and raise awareness of key stakeholders of regulatory changes

  • Provide insight and HR related Market intelligence to stakeholders through data analytics, participation in industry forums

  • Establish networks with MOM and MOH
