Job Description:

  • Monitor trade processing and ensure efficient and smooth flow
  • Liaise with business units for trade allocations and process trade confirmation
  • Handle client statements and relevant enquiries
  • Work with Compliance and regulatory parties on regulatory reporting, searching and auditing
  • Perform reconciliations and clear breaks
  • Liaise with internal departments and external brokers and counterparties
  • Follow established procedures and perform appropriate controls while exercising good judgment in managing risk and following escalation procedures
  • Back-up works for overseas offices when necessary
  • Support on-going process and control improvement projects
  • Any other ad-hoc works required

Job Requirements:

  • Solid years of experience in a trade support function
  • Motivated and committed to excellence; positive attitude and "can do" work ethic
  • Must be a good team player, and meet individual timeliness and accuracy goals
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Highly risk aware and demonstrated ability to multi-task and make appropriate decisions under rigid deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly excel
