Alila Jabal Akhdar is our most spectacular and newest resort perched 2,000 metres above sea level and overlooking the dramatic gorges and awe-inspiring views of the Al Hajar mountains in Oman.  

As a Guest Service Host, your main responsibility is to warmly welcome guests to the hotel and assist them with any queries they have during their stay. You provide guests with an efficient and smooth check in and check out and ensure that all billing is complete and accurate. As a key member of the Front Office team, you always seek to anticipate guests needs to help ensure that their stay is a memorable one.


The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

  • Degree in Hotel Management or similar
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same capacity, preferably in a 4 or 5 star property
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge in an additional language (European languages or Arabic) is highly desirable
  • Outgoing pesonality and willing to work flexible hours/shifts

Note: Due to the unique location of the resort and the provided manager's accommodation, only single status candidates can be considered.
