Job Description

Work location: Penang, Malaysia

  • Develops a business plan for the central & northern region market that ensures attainment of company AOP and profitability.
  • Ability to establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel of customers for current & future business prospect.  
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets in central & northern region.
  • Responsible to lead project’s proposal including design, application, costing, timely submission in meeting project requirements to customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the performance of the sales Team including coaching for performance, business direction & sales strategies development.
  • Proactive to gather market intelligent, comprehend competitor’s activities and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sharing region performance and market information with Superior for business performance monitoring and business direction alignment.  
Qualifications
  • Possess a bachelor’ degree in sales & marketing or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years in managing business with P and L responsibility.
  • Have a proven track record in managing sales team in different geography. (Remote management experience)
  • Have high business acumen.
  • Understand P and L clearly.
  • Able to work across different cross functions.
  • Able to drive business with the commercial team.
  • Display good quality leadership.
  • Sense for business opportunities in various sectors.
