Set in a funky narrow three-story building in leafy Victoria St, Ms G's does things a little differently - and it works. From the pink neon front door to graffiti-covered walls, communal tables and moody lighting make this one of Sydney's trendiest hipster hang. It's purposely 'street' and a bit punk but the menu and food is one that truly holds its own! Our playful approach to cooking criss-crosses various Asian cuisines (please don’t make us say ‘fusion’) and borrows from others. As long as the dishes we create are balanced, textural and delicious, it works for us. And with executive chef Dan Hong leading the charge, we’re in good hands. We're looking for a Demi Chef who can hit the ground running, the most important part for us is finding someone with the right amount of spunk - you need to be passionate, hungry - we're talking career wise, but appetite is always a good thing in the kitchen. We want you to love Asian food and flavours, we can teach you the ins and outs, but you gotta love it to really enjoy it! You're reliable and have proven experience in good food. You will be a fast and clean worker - super important.
