Job Responsibilities
  • Close liaison with Branches to prepare the sales plans and sales activities
  • Review tactical and strategic plans to boost the sales revenue in order to achieve year end assigned target within regulatory framework
  • Develop the sales capacity, sales coaching, training and sales advisory support
  • Manage the sales force with the aim to achieve sales target performance
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory framework, in particular related investment / insurance ordinances and guidelines issued by the HKMA and SFC to ensure frontline compliance
  • Closely monitor high net worth clients' portfolios to continue enhance customers' experience

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics or other related discipline; CFA, CFP, FRM holders are preferable
  • 4-8 years related working and field experience with solid knowledge on investment and insurance products
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill, with strong influencing skill and analytical skill
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
