Responsibilities of the Role

  • Continuously analyse and review Project Finances
  • Review and monitor forecasts and expenditure
  • Liaise with Group and multiple Local Business Units Finance Functions, to validate financial information
  • Regularly produce programme and project financial reports
  • Provide comprehensive analysis on accruals expenses versus actualised expenses
  • Provide analysis on costs specific to the Programme Resources
  • Lead detailed budgeting and forecasting planning including re-planning exercises
  • Manage internal cross charging processes
  • Raise purchase orders and journals
  • Work closely with multiple locations and stakeholders
  • Liaise with vendors where necessary
  • Put together comprehensive and engaging reporting pack for C-Level

Requirements of the Role

  • +10 years commercial experience in a Finance role
  • Degree education in a Finance discipline
  • Accounting qualifications could be advantageous
  • Worked in a Project/Programme environment applying Finance leadership
  • Advanced Excel skills (Marcos, pivot tables etc)
  • Strong Data Visualisation and presentational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership
  • Experience working in a large complex enterprise environment
  • Strong communication in verbal and written English
