Global Internal Audit provides independent, objective assurance to management and the risk and audit committees as to whether the framework of risk management, control, and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, is adequate and functioning.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Culture Audit Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide independent, objective assessments to management and Risk and Audit committees on culture risk, using a data-driven and evidence-based approach
  • Lead culture audit activities utilising organisation psychology and behavioural science approaches, including interviews, focus groups, observations, documentation reviews and surveys.  Support the Senior Manager with delivery of the broader culture audit agenda including innovation and embedment of the approach
  • Engage with and provide trusted and credible subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders combining organisational psychology and/or behavioural science know-how with knowledge of the business and the governance, risk and regulatory frameworks
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value and affect change

Requirements

  • Undergraduate / Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Behaviour Science, or other relevant discipline preferred but is not essential
  • Relevant work experience, qualifications or certifications in one or more of the following: audit, human resources, data analytics, project management, or risk capabilities
  • Analytical, critical, and innovative thinker, who can effectively manage competing priorities and complex challenges to deliver positive outcomes
  • Able to apply qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse and investigate challenging scenarios and situations
  • Capable of working on own initiative and participating effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of producing smart, simple, and pragmatic solutions
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel
