  • Handle incoming phone calls and greet visitors & clients
  • Support on general office administration duties
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Experience in phone calls handling, greeting visitors and clients
  • Able to assist in general office administration duties
  • Cheerful, decent with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • A good team player and familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
