  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers in the acquisition of SME business loans
  • Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop young talents and grow the business
  • Closely track and monitor sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of sales team
  • Develop and grow acquisition channels to grow new customer relationships
  • Drive campaigns to increase base of loan customers and win market share
  • Identify ways to improve current processes and increase effectiveness
  • Adhere to strict compliance standards ensuring sound risk framework within the business

Reporting to:
  • Group Leader, Unsecured Lending, EmB

Qualifications
Requirements :
  • Degree with at least 4 years' of sales experience in banking industry
  • Relevant experience in managing a sales team is preferred
  • Relevant experience working in e-commerce or fintech firm, with background in digital onboarding of customers is preferred
  • Independent, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
  • Good understanding of SME market
