Job Purpose
  • Build and develop relationships with business partners within the automotive industry for the purpose of auto loan acquisitions.
  • Expanding distribution channels and establishing processes to deliver distinctive digital business solutions to grow customer base, through networking and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans, including active sales pipeline to increase market share and presence and participate in product innovation.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop, enhance, and execute strategic marketing initiatives to acquire new customers, re-engaged existing customers and support product innovation with business partners and direct acquisitions.
  • Manage business development activities and establish strong partners network to keep abreast of industry changes and provide market intelligence for strategic planning.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure operational and administrative matters are aligned and address potential issues and employees painpoints.
  • Lead and execute projects to refine and enhance digital journeys for customers, partners, and employee..
  • Use data to analyse and drive business growth to increase customer advocacy and brand awareness.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assess business partners and customer needs, environmental factors, competitive forces and available resources to assist in planning and execution of business objectives.
  • Participate in strategic business and marketing activities planning to grow customer base with key automotive partners.
  • Contribute and participate in product innovation and development to grow business volume and market share.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to implement successful and cost-effective marketing initiatives across distribution channels, customer touchpoints and to business partners.
  • To provide and manage weekly and monthly competitor and industry updates through Business Development Reports.
  • Lead meetings and engage with internal or external business stakeholders to align sales team consistency with regards to matters of procedures and processes.
  • Execution of marketing plans and strategies to drive market share and build new profitable business.
  • Lead, inspire and motivate direct and indirect reports to develop a high performing team.

Required Experience
  • At least 5-7 years experience in marketing mass consumer products and sales management, preferably in loans products and services.
  • Knowledge in banking and finance matters such as market environment and mechanics and legal issues and implications.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc.
