Job Role
  • The Consumer Brand Marketing and Communities Team function is accountable to drive business and marketing brand objectives, creating demand generation through brand initiatives, all online and offline communications, marketing events, partnership & sponsorship, and support the brand's social & community platforms.
  • The Consumer Brand Marketing Assistant Vice President will be responsible for strategizing and executing plans to succeed in the above objectives and manage a team to support key programs and initiatives for DBS Vickers, DBS Secured Loans, DBS Deposits, DBS Multiplier, DBS LiveBetter and all DBS Investments & Insurance, working closely with our partners Manulife and Chubb.
  • The Consumer Brand Marketing Assistant Vice President will work closely with various key stakeholders, including internal and cross-functional teams, as well as external partners such as media and creative agencies; and identify and foster key partnerships with relevant brands, advocates and influencers.
  • The Consumer Brand Marketing Assistant Vice President will define key success metrics, measure and provide regular updates through reports along with recommendations to refine overall strategy and improve results.

Responsibilities
  • Helping our customers achieve their financial goals and dreams with our trusted financial products and solutions.
  • Strengthening and driving DBS product brands and solutions brand awareness, usage, loyalty, preference and perception among new and existing customers.
  • Developing and executing robust acquisition, usage and engagement marketing strategies, campaigns, tactical offers and programs for the above-mentioned products and solutions.
  • Delighting existing consumers while attracting new prospects through innovative and disruptive communications ideas and touchpoints, data-driven marketing, contextual, hyper-personalised marketing and advocacy campaigns.
  • Mobile app marketing to drive consideration and consumption on our DBS Vickers platform, driving app downloads, usage, stickiness and engagement.

Requirements
At least 6-8 years' experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns, preferably with a background in marketing or worked at a fintech, top innovative brand, advertising or media agency.

  • Be a multi-tasker, but with clear time management and prioritization skills. Experience in agile marketing will be an advantage.
