Description
As EMEA Sourcer you will partner with the Recruiters and will be a dedicated member of the Recruitment team. You will research, identify and assess talent to assist on difficult-to-fill positions and ensure the process is running in timely manner by being the point of contact for the candidates. You will engage in creating and maintaining pipeline activities, and develop “passive” candidates through networking, complex Internet searches, name generation and market mapping.

You will work with our international Recruitment team based in Amsterdam as well as different regions in EMEA. Your ideas, enthusiasm and ambition are a great fit with the rest of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Source active and passive candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals
• Work with recruiter(s) and hiring managers to effectively profile specific criteria and skill sets for each role, generate ideas around sourcing strategies, leverage resources and share information that creates an effective search process
• Ensure the smooth-running of the Recruitment process by scheduling interviews and being the point of contact for candidates throughout the process
• Generate a high volume/high quality pipelines of candidates for multiple requisitions under very tight timelines
• When possible, provide pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions through active on-going candidate campaigns
• Maintain relationships and communication for both managers and candidates through the interview process
Qualifications:
• E xperience in using internet resources including: resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, industry-specific online professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and job boards
• Previous experience in sourcing and administration tasks and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• This role can expand to full life-cycle recruiting, taking total ownership of requisitions.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
