Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily exception reports to ensure completeness and timely execution.

  • Handle daily checking of the clearing account for customer claims.

  • Perform reconciliation of the team's key GL accounts.

  • Investigate self-service banking transactions.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and UAT.


Requirements

  • Degree (in any discipline) with at least 1 year of relevant banking operations experience or diploma with at least 3 year of relevant banking operations experience.

  • Strong Account knowledge is preferred to support banks reconciliation in various products such as PayLah Wallets and the Self Service Machines.

  • Meticulous and have an eye for details.

  • Able to investigate breaks and escalate concerns to senior management

  • Strong MS Application Skills - MS Words, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Team player with good organisational and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Analytical / problem solving ability.
