Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support for the production software and systems within the organization
  • Perform system updates and backup to ensure stable production environment
  • Collaborate testing, setup and configuration of new products and system
  • Executes the processes of data production and associated project work
  • Act as touch point on production deliverables and complete investigation into data challenges
  • Drive productivity to achieve optimal cost management and propose application, process & functional improvements that will facilitate both increased efficiency and improved standards adherence

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree holder, preferably with Computer Science, Information System or Statistics background (fresh graduate with solid relevant knowledge and skill will also be considered)
  • 1 year working experience in related field, preferably with knowledge and experience of system administration and database management
  • Excellent knowledge of IT technologies, ability to manage networks and hardware issues under supervision and guidance
  • PC skills with programming knowledge/ experience
  • Python, Excel Macro, VBA
  • Strong numeric sense and detail-minded
  • Self-motivated, can work independently but also a team player
  • Effective at communicating with external and internal departments on data logic, processes and procedures
  • Solid problem solving skills, able to perform in depth Root Cause Analysis and drive towards appropriate long term resolutions
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese/Mandarin
