Job Overview

Cross Jordan is seeking a capable Paid Media Executive to help expand our campaigns in the Middle East. We are the exclusive Master Distributor to a number of European and American brands in the field of protein snacking and functional food. We represent category leading brands including Grenade, Novo, Lenny & Larry’s, Nak’d, Pandy and more. We currently distribute our brands through major FMCG distributors in Jordan, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. In many of our markets, we own over 40% share of the category and our products can be found across all major retailers in the GCC.

The person suited for this role must have intensive digital marketing experience in the Middle East area, preferably within FMCG industry. Experience working for one of the main digital agencies. The market for protein snacking and functional foods is an exciting space and growing at an excess of 30% year on year

The Paid Media Executive will be responsible for all aspects of our digital operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence regionally (Middle East) while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Responsibilities and Duties

Supporting and delivering on the paid media marketing activity with a key focus on paid search and paid social for the ME area with KSA focus
Delivering the paid media marketing strategy to acquire new customers and maximize performance of the existing customer base utilizing various procedures
Support the Digital team with the creation and delivery of campaigns
Working across paid social with a key focus on Facebook & Instagram
Creating ads that are creative and engaging across core channels
Strategy planning and implementation around paid social
Campaign reporting and analysis, reviewing campaign effectiveness to maximize results
Drive innovation and explore new paid media opportunities
Liaising with the wider digital team
Communicating effectively to the Marketing Director where needed
Look at paid content strategy in line with paid social campaigns, on all channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat, Tik Tok, YouTube and Pinterest
. to make recommendations for any changes that should be made to the campaign to optimize its conversion ratios
Participating in the marketing planning process and executing the company’s promotional campaigns flawlessly.
Assessing the competition. how many other advertisers are buying. to look at the competition and come with ways that set the brand apart, monetarily and with other characteristics.

Educational level

University degree in Marketing / Business administration or respective studies


5 to 6 years’ experience Managing consumer goods campaigns in a Digital Marketing / multi-national company handling a Senior position for GCC and extensive experience in E-commerce business.


Google AdWords Certification / Analytics Certification.
Content Marketing Certification / Inbound Marketing Certification / Social Media Marketing Certifications.
