As part of the Client Services Department, you play a central role in the business and are pivotal to the smooth running of your accounts. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and will support your line manger across the board. You will require good communication; organisation and time management skills as multi-tasking will be a core part of your role.
+ Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting team
+ Manage all alerts/orders through FIDO
+ Help organise, attend (if required) and minute internal team and client meetings
+ Update and maintain status sheets
+ Liaise with media agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, technical specifications and copy dates
+ Liaise with creative agencies to obtain master artwork files and reports any delays to AM/SAM/AD
+ Respond to information requests from the Account Manager or Account Director
+ Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Transcreation & Broadcast
+ Distribute contact reports, agendas and trackers
+ Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
+ Liaise with teams to ensure smooth delivery of market-specific materials
+ Provide any additional administrative support to team as required

+ Internship/1 year of experience working in advertising
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote
+ Strong time management/prioritisation skills
+ Strong numeracy skills
+ Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
+ Must possess excellent written & verbal skills in English
+ Attention to detail
+ Self-starter
