Job Role

As Night Manager, you are r esponsible to ensure smooth and seamless operations during the night, manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office and Housekeeping department making sure they adhere to the standards of the hotel at all times, direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety, conduct briefing for all staff during Night Shift, maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times, manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments, required to welcome our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, ensure that the public areas are kept clean and tidy, monitor and develop team member performance, ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit, report any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Security department and/or the Front Office Manager, review, verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival, departure dates, and VIP designations, confers and cooperates with other managerial staff to ensure coordination of hotel activities, exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all departments and promotes positive team member relations through an environment that encourages open communications, trust and mutual respect, will also assist in developing and implementing initiatives which embrace Guest Experience and constructive feedback as well as responsible to ensure that financial figures and PMS night run is smooth, efficient and complete at all times and that any discrepancies are to be addressed immediately.   Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree holder / higher education qualification / equivalent in hotel management or related field

Three or more years of experience in a hotel setting as Night Manager

Good command of English is a must, Arabic is an advantage
