Long Term Opportunities - Temp to Perm Positions Staffline are recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers for our prestige client based in Deeside. Our client, Britain's leading manufacturer of trailers and associated products is looking to grow the production team and we are looking for candidates that have previous 5 ton fork lift truck, manufacturing, assembly or tool experience and or candidates that are interested in working within the manufacturing sector. As well as driving an FLT you will be working in a manufacturing environment, working in an assembly process. You will be working with air compressed drills and rivet guns to assemble the various stages in the production process Key Responsibilities/requirements: * ITSARR or RTITB in date accredited Counter Balance licence * Working within an assembly team * Able to work unsupervised once trained. * Follow standard operating procedures accurately. * Work to a high-quality standard. * Achieve set targets * Be willing to carry out all aspects of Assembly Operative duties * Achieve a high standard of punctuality and attendance * Adhere to all company production rules * Adhere to health and safety rules and promote a safe working environment * Committed / Flexible and accurate * Ensure all tools and equipment are correctly used and maintained In return for your skills and experience: * Competitive rate of pay as per below information. * Overtime during peak production * Pension contribution * Onsite parking * Canteen facilities * Uniform provided * Job security Shifts/pay: You will require to work 39 basic hours per week, there are 2 available shift patterns: Monday - Thursday 8.00 - 4.30pm / Friday 8.00 - 3.30pm * £8.00 per hour - First 12 weeks - 28 days holiday * £8.32 per hour - After 12 weeks * £9.02 per hour - After 15 months Rotating shift - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 2.30pm (1.30pm Friday)/ 2.30pm - 11.00pm (9pm Friday) * £8.25 per hour - First 12 weeks * £9.00 per hour - After 12 weeks * £9.79 per hour - After 15 months This is a long-term position that can lead into a full time permanent contract for the right candidate. You will be required to participate in a tool test during your interview stage
