Marketing Coordinator Permanent Winkleigh gap personnel are proud to be representing a growing manufacturer on their search of a marketing coordinator. Role Overview This role will report into the Marketing Manager: As we’re still a small business this role will be varied, therefore the following won’t be entirely comprehensive, but will give you an idea of some of the key areas of focus for this individual: DIGITAL / SOCIAL/SHOWS and PR • Manage day-to-day social media activity in line with the overall marketing plan o Respond to queries o Manage posts o Review all activity • Provide support in co-ordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across website, eMail, PR, social media, 3rd party websites & printed materials: o Ensure all the marketing assets are available o Manage samples as required o Attend photo shoots • Keeping our wider business teams up to date with marketing activities & what our customers are saying utilising customer service feedback, social media & surveys to help with this • Support on some customer analysis activities including NPS surveys, brand tracking and ad-hoc customer surveys plus social media and database reviews • Working with our external agencies to manage our central marketing database of imagery (including customer generated imagery), approved creative and campaigns. Plus manage the library itself • Manage our CMS and generation of website content to engage and educate customers • Support wider projects to improve the overall digital customer experience including website & e-mail E-COMMERCE • Manage new product additions to the website & our internal systems • Manage discount codes & the set-up of these within our systems • Manage stock levels and work with the sales admin team to ensure we are never out of stock • Review sales Person Specification This role would suit a logical, motivated, organised individual who is flexible in terms of approach and is happy to work as part of a small office team, whilst also on occasion working alone. Although this is a supporting role, there is scope for the role to include development of an individual who has experience in eCommerce/Website management, creative design, illustration, copywriting or photography. If you’ve got any skills in these areas, we would be most interested to hear from you!
