Sales Support Administrator Permanent Winkleigh gap personnel are proud to be representing a growing manufacturer on their search of sales support administrator. Main Responsibilities: Overall: Managing all centrally held information and being the first point of contact for all enquiries including on-line enquires. Updating the sales forecast on a weekly basis with actuals. Wholesale: • Keeping an eye on orders that are coming through daily, being aware of any potential issues and flagging these with the sales team and if necessary with the account. Making sure that accounts have ordered in line with any promotional activity and or new lines. • Prompting accounts to order where relevant • Managing promotional forms • Managing new line forms • Tracking promotional and marketing support spend • Arranging for sales materials to be sent to the account • Where necessary working with the marketing team re simple pieces of marketing support Major retail accounts: • Updating of weekly sales reports to ensure that they know what is going on. • Monitoring pricing and promotional activity. • Keeping an eye on orders that are coming through daily, being aware of any potential issues and flagging these with the sales team and if necessary with the account. Making sure that accounts have ordered in line with any promotional activity and or new lines. • Managing promotional forms • Managing new line forms • Tracking promotional and marketing support spend • Arranging for sales materials to be sent to the account • Where necessary working with the marketing team re simple pieces of marketing support Specialists • Keeping an eye on orders that are coming through daily, being aware of any potential issues and flagging these with the sales team and if necessary with the account. Making sure that accounts have ordered in line with any promotional activity and or new lines. • Managing promotional forms • Managing new line forms • Tracking promotional and marketing support spend • Arranging for sales materials to be sent to the account • Where necessary working with the marketing team re simple pieces of marketing support Retail on-line • Keeping an eye on orders that are coming through daily, being aware of any potential issues and flagging these with the sales team and if necessary with the account.
