To support and assist the essential flow of office procedures, supporting the office team by carrying out delegated office duties. What will you do? • Gathering data and data entry • Extracting engineering drawings • Extracting and manipulating purchase orders • Processing works orders • Managing Correspondence What skills and experience will you have? • At least 2 years administration experience • Excellent attention to detail • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets • Ability to multitask and deal with a hectic schedule • Experience in engineering or CAD preferred but not essential What will you get in return? • 20 days holiday • £7.50 - £8.50 an hour • Free Parking Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 16:30 / Friday 7:30 – 14:00
