Working closely with the client and our Transcreation team, the Transcreation Account Manager is responsible for managing localisation projects in regard to Copy.

You will be expected to streamline workflow and processes by constantly driving new ways of working.

This position requires sound experience in working with a large network of copy-based Creatives across several markets and managing high volume, quick turnaround transcreation/localisation projects.

Proven experience in troubleshooting, a keen eye for detail and strong time-keeping skills are critical factors for success in the role.
Your primary tasks include organizing and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and allocated budget. You will also need to engage with other cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. You will constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with your team and ensure expectations are well managed.

Internal Responsibilities
+ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology
+ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the internal organizational structure
+ Ensure a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, SOW and SLAs of the accounts and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant
+ Manage a network of creative people and ensure they are motivated to perform
+ Coordinate weekly status meetings / monthly review sessions
+ Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure work is of high standards and delivered on time
+ Flag any potential team issues to the line manager and be actively involved in finding a solution
Project Management Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and ensure all parties follow the agreed workflows and manage them through the process
+ Work alongside and support the client when briefing and tracking projects through to completion
+ Ensure that there is clear division and allocation of workload among team members
+ Ensure that trackers are updated at all times
+ Monitor timelines and manage client expectations
+ Monitor budget utilization and flag potential issues
+ Monitor internal workflows and identify areas for improvement
+ Advise line manager on resource gaps and flag potential issues
+ Plan resources for large overseas projects and inform talent manager and line manager of new recruitment needs
+ Ensure your account delivers consistently against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
+ Identify training requirements for team members to ensure their adherence to processes and workflow
Quality Control Responsibilities
+ Act as a brand QC / guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
+ Ensure all parties are aware of brand and style guides when available
+ Highlight and resolve quality control issues
Client Management Responsibilities
+ Set and manage client expectations for deliverables and timeframes
+ Build strong, trusting relationships with all key client stakeholders and third-party vendors
+ Manage and control budgets provided by client
+ Flag important budget fluctuations to client and line manager
+ Coordinate regular meetings with the client and present key highlights and initiatives
+ Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations and reports
+ Ensure that the line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions, including potential delays, to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation
+ Strive to improve client and stakeholder relations
Financial Responsibilities
+ Monthly financial reconciliation
+ Support line manager in revenue forecasting on an ongoing basis
+ Keep line manager informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts
+ Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies
+ Experience of working in a Localisation, Creative Management or Production Management role within the Localisation/Publishing/Advertising industry.
+ High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
+ Strong numeracy skills
+ Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
+ Resilience and ability to work under pressure
+ Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
+ Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
